At the end of June, Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, D-MI and Senator Bob Casey, D-PA, introduced the “Better Care Better Jobs Act,”(S.2210) to widen access to Medicaid’s home and community based services for low-income elderly and disabled people, and to improve pay for the frontline caregivers who provide home care.
